Pack Build recently welcomed a member of the Danfoss facilitator team from Austria.
As part of an MLA (Meet, Listen, Action), our UK purchasing contacts and UK manager joined the Space Engineering team, to discuss key areas, including:
The aim of an MLA is to have direct improvement of operational processes in the daily business, constructive and fact-based dialogues between functional experts from both Space and Danfoss, and improvements of cooperation with Danfoss. The day went very well and several areas of improvement were identified for action.
