Space Engineering are always looking at the growth of the company, for refrigeration and HVAC, targeting both project work and service & maintenance.

This covers a wide spectrum of industry including food processing, perishable storage and distribution, supermarkets & retailers, county councils and private business’ to name but a few.  It is important not to stand still, to always drive to remain a market leader.

However, success isn’t just about new business.  It is incredibly important not to overlook the importance of customer retention.  This was summed up brilliantly during a post RFQ interview recently for our Industrial and FM Service and Compliance team.   Our response to one of the questions really hit home.  “you can measure the majority of our customer base in, not only years, but decades”.

To have the ability to hold on to clients for such a long time speaks volumes about the quality and experience of the people working at Space, and the systems we have in place to enable everyone to perform their roles.

We are not perfect, but why not shout about the success stories over the past 36 years.
