Today see’s the start of National Apprenticeship Week (5th to 11th February).
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2024 is “Skills for Life”. Business’ are being encouraged to consider how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and employers to develop a workforce with future ready skills.
We have been running our apprentice programme since 2018. Our programme is a great opportunity for anyone looking to pursue a career in the industry, utilising different areas of the business with numerous paths to develop skills in an incredibly interesting and diverse sector. This ranges from our IT department and design office, through to our mobile engineering teams and our pack build facility.
