We’re pleased to confirm that following an external audit in May, we have successfully achieved recertification of all 3 ISO standards.
What are the three standards?
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised quality management system standard, established by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) it helps organisations implement clear, repeatable processes to maintain a quality service for our customers and employees consistently.
ISO 45001 – Aimed at organisations that are serious about improving worker safety, reducing workplace risks, generating better, safer working environments.
ISO 14001 – Helps an organisation to become greener and put a system of continual improvement in place. Aside from the more obvious and significant benefits to our planet, the climate, and our future.
The audit report gave special mentions to Pack Build, the Warehouse at Head Office and our Design Centre in Ipswich – recognising their dedication to ensuring safety is a priority throughout their processes.
